I've only just begun life as a webmaster,started with a hosting company that took 2-3 days to
follow up with the simplest questions or concerns, and charged 3 times as much as ATI Media.

ATI Media has the most incredibly supportive tech support and billing staff, and have ALWAYS provided
me with answers to my most "novice" questions within an hour at most.
I have never been so impressed with a company's customer service practices.
