Ati media is not to be used for storage of any Illegal files. This includes cdroms and mp3's. If you are caught with these on your site your membership will be deleted immediately. The only allowed mp3's on this server our ones copyright to you.
Ati Media will not tolerate mass spamming of people in an attempt to advertise your site. Any mass emails sent out that contain an address to a members page will be found out about. The membership will be deleted immediately.
Ati media will not allow any adult sites. This includes both hardcore and softcore. If any porn is found on a members page it will be deleted immediately.
Ati Media will not allow pages with any racial discrimination. If your page is found to contain racial comments it will be deleted at once.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY ATI MEDIA
reserves the right to change this Policy any time, so please, check this page at least once a month or when in doubt. ATI MEDIA strives to provide the best possible service to all our customers, but we will not tolerate any unlawfull actvity on our servers. We respect freedom of speech and expressions unlees it is harmful to others. These brief guidelines are imposed to protect you, other ATI MEDIA customers and us against such arm. ATI MEDIA POLICY: We respect our customers need for efficient, cost-effective and interruption-free services.
ATI MEDIA is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-Spamming policy. Under this policy, we prohibit Spam, or any unsolicited commercial e-mail, from being sent either: Over ATI MEDIA network, by customers or any other users of ATI MEDIA network (including customers' customers); AND/OR over ANY network- if the message sent advertises or mentions a site hosted on ATI MEDIA server.
Violators of ATI MEDIA anti spam policy will have their agreement with ati media terminated. For every unsolicited message involving ATI MEDIA servers. We react quickly and seriously to violations, and we further reserve the right to terminate the services of any customer willfully disregarding this policy.
Ati media takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM over our network. Very simply this means that customers of Ati Media may not use or permit others to use our network to transact in UCE. Customers of Ati Media may not host, or permit hosting of, sites or information that is advertised by UCE from other networks. Violations of this policy carry severe penalties, including termination of service.
Violation of Ati Media's SPAM policy will result in severe penalties. Upon notification of an alleged violation of our SPAM policy, Ati Media will initiate an immediate investigation (within 48 hours of notification). During the investigation, Ati Media may restrict customer access to the network to prevent further violations. If a customer is found to be in violation of our SPAM policy, Ati Media may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate customer's account. Further, Ati Media reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation. Ati Media will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense.
First violations of this policy will result in an "Administrative Fee" of $250 U.S. and your account will be reviewed for possible immediate termination. A second violation will result in an "Administrative Fee" of $500 U.S. and immediate termination of your account. Users who violate this policy agree that in addition to these "Administrative" penalties, they will pay "Research Fees" not to exceed $175 U.S. per hour that Ati Media personnel must spend to investigate the matter. PLEASE, DO NOT SPAM from your account.
As our Resellers are ultimately responsible for the actions of their clients over the Ati Media network, it is advisable that Resellers develop a similar, or stricter, policy for their clients.
Payments are due on the invoice’s due date and atimedia dispatches e-mail billing reminders approximately 5 (five) calendar days prior.
If payment is not received by the due date,Customer’s account will be suspended the following day a 12.00 pm
Accounts may be deleted if they have spent 5 (five ) or more calendar days in a suspended state.
A $40.00 service charge applies to all returned checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders.
Charges will be billed according to the price list currently in effect and posted within the atimedia website.
Customer may cancel an account or service at any time, but is responsible for fees remaining. For month-to-month billing,
Customer is responsible for the current month’s charges.
Prepaid accounts are not refundable if Customer chooses to terminate the account before the paid period has expired.
If any invoice or portion thereof is disputed, the invoice must still be paid in full by the due date.
Any credits issued in resolution of the dispute will be applied to the subsequent month’s invoice.

CONTENT POLICY: You cannot use ATI MEDIA web server for storage, transmission or presentation of any information in any violation of US Federal or State law or Canadian or Provincial Law.
